HELMET SIZING CHART
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD
Use a flexible tape measure (or a piece of string you can then measure against a ruler). Wrap it around the largest part of your head — approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears, and around the back of your head at the widest point. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Take the measurement in centimeters for the most accurate size match. If you are between sizes, size up for comfort.
ICON HELMET SIZING CHART
The chart below applies to Icon full-face, modular, and open-face helmets including the Airform, Airflite, Domain, Variant Pro, and Alliance GT. Always cross-reference with the size chart on the individual product, as shell sizes may vary by model.
| Size | Head Circumference (inches) | Head Circumference (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 20-1/2 – 20-7/8 | 52 – 53 |
| S | 21-1/4 – 21-5/8 | 54 – 55 |
| M | 21-7/8 – 22-1/4 | 56 – 57 |
| L | 22-7/8 – 23-1/4 | 58 – 59 |
| XL | 23-5/8 – 24 | 60 – 61 |
| 2XL | 24-3/8 – 24-3/4 | 62 – 63 |
| 3XL | 25-1/8 – 25-1/2 | 64 – 65 |
Note: Helmet sizing can vary slightly between models due to different shell constructions. When in doubt, try the helmet on or size up. A properly fitted helmet should feel snug but not cause pressure points.
