Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! Refund Policy ---- Returns Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. WARRANTY INFORMATION All Icon products are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. As riders, we know that our products are subject to severe conditions and stress. If you experience a problem with one of our products we want to know about it.
